We taught a ton of lessons, we have 4 baptisms scheduled for September 1st, and there were 189 people in sacrament meeting. It was Branch Conference yesterday so that's why there were a ton of people there. But still, it was way awesome.
We went on splits again to do another baptismal interview for Elder Leandro and will interview 2 more people this Saturday. Elder Leandro is working really well in his area; a lot better than how he used to work when he was my senior companion in Campo Grande.
I can't believe Jason Gustavson is getting married. And Kasey Matney, too! That's weird. I sat next to Kasey in Seminary. Craziness. Good for them.
Next month a member of the Quorum of the Seventy is coming to our Mission; Elder Ulisses Soares. He's Brazilian and he's part of the 1st Quorum of the Seventy. It should be good and I'll get to see a bunch of my friends at the big conference.
Time is running out on my hour. I usually write to you guys first but I didn't today. My bad. I love you all and I hope you are all doing well. Tell my hill-billy Harwell family that I love them and I miss their barbecues. Give Grandma Glenda a big hug for me. I miss my family.
