This week was a good one. We baptized Luciana. She seems very happy
and excited about being a member of the Church. Maybe we'll have 2 baptisms this Saturday. There are 2 teen age girls that have been going to church for about a month. I misunderstood a member and thought that they were already baptized.
But yesterday we found out that they weren't. So maybe the 2 of them
will be baptized this Saturday.
I still have that fever blister on my lip. It's getting better, but 3 more came outta no where. The guy at the pharmacy said it was herpes. I dont like that idea, so that's why I continue to call them blisters. It's been really hot here. Elder Farias and I are trying our best to stay out of the sun.
I'm coming up on my birthday. That's wierd. I'm gonna be 21 years old. I feel like a little kid still. But I'm not growing anymore. I'm actually losing all that weight I had gained. I'm not eating too well these last days. I'm getting sick of some stuff here.
Next week is transfers. I'll probably be on my way out of here this time next week. I just wanna be the senior companion, not a zone leader or district leader but just senior. I wanna have a lot of success in my last area so I want all my efforts and thoughts into my own area. But Mom always says, "We don't always get what we want." So I'm sure I will get what the Lord wants for me.
